Big Ukulele Night online #4

[ENG] Big Ukulele Night is an ukulele gathering created and conducted by Italian singer-songwriter, ukulele fan and event organizer Adriano Bono since 2009.

Normally kept for ten years around various clubs and venues in Rome in January 2021 due to pandemic restrictions it goes online and begins to host more and more artists from every corner of the world, becoming an international event.

[ITA] Big Ukulele Night è un raduno di ukulele creato e condotto dal cantautore Italiano, fan dell'ukulele e organizzatore di eventi Adriano Bono nel lontano 2009.

Tenuto normalmente in giro per i peggiori locali di Roma durante il lockdown del 2021 si sposta online, comincia ad ospitare sempre più artisti da ogni angolo del mondo e diventa un evento di respiro internazionale.

Dopo il grande successo della precedenti edizioni torna con cadenza ormai stabilmente bisettimanale il raduno ukulelistico più folle in circolazione!

After the great success of the previous editions, the craziest ukulelistic gathering in circulation returns every two weeks now!

Un appuntamento che da circa dieci anni avvicina moltitudini di profani a quello che più che uno strumento è un vero e proprio stile di vita; l'evento che è riuscito a convertire anche molti chitarristi impenitenti alla vera e unica fede musicale: l'Ukulelesimo :-D

An appointment that for about ten years has brought multitudes of laymen closer to what more than an instrument is a real lifestyle; The event that has managed to convert many unrepentant guitarists to the true and only musical faith: Ukulelism :-D

Un'altra "special ONLINE edition" nell'attesa che si torni a farle "in presenza" nei peggiori club di Roma, come è sempre stato negli ultimi dieci anni :-P

Il tutto avverrà quindi rigorosamente online, a prova di contagio, e si potrà partecipare sia attivamente, ossia suonando per il pubblico da casa in videoconferenza, entrando nella stanza Zoom appositamente creata, oppure gustandosi la trasmissione in tutto relax, da spettatori, al limite chattando con noi durante le dirette streaming che saranno visibili nella home page del nostro sito.

Everything will therefore take place strictly online, contagion-proof, and you can participate both actively, that is by playing for the public from home via videoconference, entering the specially created Zoom room, or enjoying the broadcast in complete relaxation, as spectators, at least chatting with us during the streaming that will be visible on the home page of this site.

h 19.00: apertura porte e brindisi di benvenuto: questo è il momento in cui dentro la stanza zoom ci si ritrova, si chiacchiera del più del meno, avvengono le presentazioni di eventuali nuovi partecipanti alla serata, si beve qualcosa in compagnia facendo mostra eventualmente dei propri drink :-)

7 pm (Central Europe Time): opening doors and welcome toast: this is the moment when the community gathers inside the Zoom room, chat about more than less, presentations of any new participants in the evening take place, have a drink in company :-)

A seguire durante tutta la serata a macchia di leopardo tra una chiacchiera e l'altra si terranno le esibizioni musicali dei vari artisti in programma, siano essi ukulelisti allo sbaraglio, ossia chiunque sia da poco entrato nel mondo dell'ukulele e voglia condividere e mostrare i propri progressi con lo strumento, o anche persone già esperte ma che comunque partecipano per la prima volta alla Big Ukulele Night e che quindi riceveranno il Battesimo Ukuleliano.
